What we do
At Restore, we take a structured, functional, and supportive approach to sports massage, suitable for both active individuals and those experiencing everyday aches, tension, or stiffness.
As CrossFit athletes and chiropractic students, we combine effective hands-on massage techniques with a strong understanding of movement, body structure, and recovery. This allows us to look beyond sore muscles alone and consider how your body moves, loads, and compensates during daily life, work, and training.
Each session is individually tailored and may include a blend of the following techniques, depending on your needs on the day:
Trigger point therapy to release deep-seated knots and stubborn muscular tension
Myofascial release to reduce restriction, improve movement, and support circulation
Soft tissue techniques to support flexibility, posture, and balanced muscle function
Deep massage techniques to ease built-up tension and muscular fatigue
Lymphatic-style techniques to support circulation, reduce swelling, and aid recovery
Dry cupping, where appropriate, to support soft tissue release, muscle relaxation, and recovery
Mobility-focused work, inspired by functional training and chiropractic principles, to improve movement quality and joint function
Every treatment is adapted to how your body is feeling on the day. Whether you’re training hard, recovering from workouts, managing a physically demanding job, dealing with postural tension, or simply feeling tight and stressed from day-to-day life, sessions can be firm and targeted or more relaxed and restorative.
Our aim is to provide professional, personalised care in a friendly and welcoming environment—helping you move better, feel better, and recover more effectively..
How sports massage helps athletes
Because we both train CrossFit — and Caz has competed — we understand the pressure training places on joints, muscles and movement patterns.
Sports massage can help:
reduce soreness and tightness from training
improve mobility for lifts and functional movements
support recovery between sessions
prevent small issues becoming injuries
increase comfort and performance
Ideal for CrossFit, gym training, running and strength work.
How sports massage helps everyday people
You don’t need to be an athlete to benefit.
Thanks to our chiropractic studies, we both focus heavily on posture, structure and day-to-day movement.
Sports massage can help reduce:
tight shoulders, neck and upper back
stiffness from stress or long hours sitting
hip or glute discomfort
tension from work or daily life
that “stuck” feeling in certain movements
Great for feeling more comfortable, mobile and relaxed.
